    • Remote learning accommodates students from afar or need to socially distance

    • All remote learning is through Zoom.

  • Beginner Yoga Series for those new to yoga with few physical limitations (this is not an easy pace class)

  • Healing Classes are for those who need more attention to help heal. Back, knees, hips, neck and shoulders, Parkinsons, MS and Surgery recovery. Healing classes for pain relief and self-care and the Care Series for Neck/Shoulder, Low Back or Knee help.

  • Gentler Iyengar Yoga accommodates limitations while learning proper alignment

  • All Level, Level 1 are perfect for the Experienced Beginner

  • Level 1/2, 2 and 2/3 Iyengar Yoga classes for those interested in progressing in asana form and philosophy

  • Yoga for Every Body is just that, a class for every body.

  • Vinyasa Flow is like a dance where you link the poses to breath

  • Energy Flow Yoga and Gentle Seated Yoga are perfect for those wanting to take it easy

  • Yoga Nidra is for those who want to deeply rest

  • Private sessions for 1-on-1 instruction

Beginner Yoga 6-Week Course

Explore the nuts and bolts of the poses.

Create a solid foundation for continued progress. Clear concise instructions, progressive teaching of the poses. A focus on standing poses and forward bends with an introduction to the beginner inversions to build strength, stamina, and balance. $89 for 6 consecutive weeks (makeup classes available). Homework for home practice. This is not an easy pace class.

Common knee, back, neck, and shoulder conditions are fine. From the beginner to advanced student, Iyengar Yoga is for everybody and every body!
